In this demo, Margaret Craig will show the alternative printing process of casting a print in acrylic, Tar Gel pressless etching.

Launched in 2015 to celebrate and steward art within the community, the Overland Art Program promotes both established and emerging artists, inspires the design process, and encourages creative thinking.

Leeds Print Workshop is a printmaking studio based on Vicar Lane in central Leeds. We provide access to traditional print facilities and a space to work for anyone interested in printmaking.

The opening reception on October 4th will feature large works by participating artists in Brick’s main space, while smaller works will be displayed in Cube at Brick Gallery through October 17th. Hosted by Ann Enzminger Bronshvag and Sarah Fisch.

My artwork is a contemplation on the ways we affect the plants and animals around us, and how we may be affected by them. I approach this from a biology background as well as from artistic printmaking methodologies.
