Margaret Craig at Burning Bones Press

Artist Margaret Craig will be the first Burning Bones Press artist-in-residence for 2014, January 6-10. She will conclude her week in Houston with a pop-up exhibit at the studio. Come meet her and learn more about her innovative printmaking processes.

Margaret is Chair of Printmaking at the Southwest School of Art in San Antonio, TX. She received an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

She invented Tar Gel Pressless Etching and has demonstrated that and other techniques at SCG and MAPC conferences. She is often involved in trade portfolios and exhibits locally and nationally; recently participating in the China Sanbao International Printmaking Exhibition and Symposium And the SGCI traveling members print exhibition.
